iDashes products are designed to be easy to implement and use. While the process of implementing a business performance management environment is normally rigourous, the use of ExecDash™ or ProjectDash™ can facilitate speed of acceptance through its use as a dashboard early in the effort. Through a 3-5 day process, we can assist you in all the aspects of dashboard implementation, its definition, its use in the organization, and the on-going care and feeding. There is normally an interactive process beyond this start-up, but with the training included in this program and some coaching, most people become quite capable to progress at their own speed. Build-out program
