A. iDashes offers substantial savings through annual subscription enrollment. Our clients save money on prepaid subscriptions by paying a much lower cost and assuring a secure, online process with no break in service.

A. Data files are forwarded to iDashes' servers in any of three ways: 

• Data file upload. A data file is extracted from a customer's system and sent directly to iDashes' servers; the file is encrypted and sent over the Internet. This service is not available in the Basic license.

• Excel® file upload. Customer sends an Excel file directly to iDashes' site; the Excel worksheet must be in standardized format to be posted properly.

• Manually input data. A data input form is available to input data directly into the iDashes' system.
  

A. While there are no absolutes when it comes to security, your data will probably be safer at iDashes than in many of the internal company formats it resides in today.

iDashes has state-of-the-art security processes, including 128-bit encryption for all data transfers. Our process also includes positive identification and limited access for physical security, and a highly effective firewall and monitoring for logical security. A. For those requiring even higher levels of security, iDashes does offer a maximum-security option which requires users to have Digital IDs that are validated when logging into ExecDash.
