ExecDash Basic provides a single dashboard subscription, up to 25 users, online help and training with weekly and monthly data recording for $600 annually. You may purchase any number of dashboards, and you can increase the number of dashboards at any time by upgrading your system online. A full ExecDash subscription includes 9 Dashboards, multiple drilldowns, live help and training, supplemental graphics, a percent complete chart for data input, and up to 100 users for an initial year subscription of $17,040, and $14,040 for each subsequent year. How do you upload data? (i.e. Excel or CSV file etc.)

Data files are forwarded to the ExecDash server in any of three ways:

Data File Upload. A data file is extracted from a customers system and sent directly to the ExecDash servers. This service is not available in the Basic License.
Excel File Upload. Customer sends an Excel file directly to the ExecDash server; the Excel spreadsheet must be in standardized format to be posted correctly.
Manually input data. A data input form is available to input data directly into the ExecDash system.

Can I use the graphics and tables as part of my reports and presentations?

The tables and graphics are all server-side generated, so you can simple select, drag and copy the region of a table that you want and paste into an application such as a document or presentation. For the graphics, just press the right mouse button over the graphic and select copy and then paste it into your document or presentation.

Will the data be secure? How do you ensure security?

ExecDash uses 128 bit Secure Socks Layer between the ExecDash application server and your browser. It is as secure as financial transactions that your company is already performing between other businesses, financial institutions and possibly your customers.

Can we use any Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) or do we have to pick from a list that you have already created?

How does the subscription process work?

Is it available as a software license?

Yes, ExecDash can be licensed for installation on your intranet. It sits on a standard Microsoft platform; MS Windows 2000, SQL 2000, and MS IIS. It is sold on a per server basis depending on your individual dashboard requirements. ExecDash source code may also be purchased to customize our software more closely to your environment.

How can the software help me if I don’t have all the data?

ExecDash can significantly improve management’s processes even when only a subset of the ideal metrics is available. Today, all companies are using some metrics to manage their business. As additional metrics and performance indicators are available, the can be added to present the full picture. By this time, the interface will be accepted and in use, and the template for presentation is easily adjusted to incorporate the new information.
